We're pleased to offer to offer dinner service in The East Bank, located in Fern Brook Hall. The East Bank offers contemporary American fare using local ingredients as much as possible, with a gorgeous view of the Willowemoc, our grounds and our iconic bridge. The menu will change each service as seasonal ingredients become available and we've provided a sample menu from our first dinner. We will also showcase wines and cocktails curated to complement the food.
Service will be every other Saturday night through the Fall and Winter, on November 1, 15, 29 and Dec. 13 and 27. There will also be a special New Year's celebration. More to come! January and February hours will follow. We anticipate offering dinner service from Thursday to Saturday every week starting April 4, 2026.
