Q: Is Antrim Streamside pet-friendly?
A: Yes, at Antrim Streamside, we're happy to host you and your pet in the Stone Cottage. That's our only pet-friendly accommodation since we only allow one "pet family" on site at a time. Pets are not permitted indoors in any of the other buildings on the property, but are welcome everywhere outdoors. We do recommend that pets are kept on leashes at all times. There is a $50 per night pet fee to cover the additional cleaning. For the safety and comfort of all guests, disruptive or destructive pets may be asked to leave. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your pet.
Q: Is smoking permitted on site?
A: No, Antrim Streamside is a no-smoking property.
Q: Do you provide breakfast?
A: Yes, complimentary Continental Breakfast is provided in your accommodation. Our breakfast consists of locally produced yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, coffee and tea, and is self-serve so that you're not restricted to a specific time frame. Enjoy your fresh coffee whenever you like. Refills of any of the breakfast items are provided upon request.
Q: Do you provide food other than breakfast?
A: We provide a number of Streamside Snacks, with a variety of food and drink items to choose from. These include pasture-raised proteins and eggs from our own working livestock farm, Beaver Lake Farm, charcuterie boards, pancake breakfast packages, chocolate chip cookie packages, and alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. We can also provide specialty orders upon request. Our restaurant, the East Bank, is open every other Saturday beginning October 4, 2025. Reservations are required.
Q: What time is check-in/check-out?
A: Check-in is after 3:00pm. Check-out is by 11:00am. If you would like a modification of these times, please contact us. We're happy to do so if we can.
Q: What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
A: All reservations require an advanced credit card deposit of 50% of the total stay requested at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in and will be charged to the card on file unless an alternative form of payment is provided. We permit cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to arrival, for a full refund minus a $35 cancellation fee. Within the 2 weeks prior to arrival, if a cancellation is made, the full amount paid is not refundable, but may be credited towards a future stay.
Q: Are there any gratuity or resort fees charged?
A: No, there are no additional fees.
Q: What types of accommodations does Antrim Streamside offer?
A: At Antrim Streamside, we offer several upscale cabin rentals and cottage rentals, including The River House, The Stone Cottage, Orchard's Edge, Pond View, The Pines, and Meadow Vale. Each accommodation is independently situated with its own private entrance and features modern amenities. We also offer additional accommodations through our Affiliates
Q: What amenities are included in your accommodations?
A: Each cottage rental includes a kitchen or kitchenette, organic cotton mattresses with luxurious sheets, modern tiled bathrooms with custom amenities, heat, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, device charging stations, and phone service.
Q: Is fishing available on site?
A: Yes, we have ¼ mile of private access on the Willowemoc Creek, which, when combined with public water on both the upstream and downstream sides, totals approximately 1.5 miles of contiguous water to explore. Fishing on our private water is available ONLY to guests staying on site, and a NYS fishing license is required. It is not necessary to sign up for a time to go on our water. We also provide books on fishing in the Catskills in all our accommodations.
Q: Do you provide fishing gear?
A: We do not provide gear, but we’re happy to refer you to local shops and guides that do rent gear. Please contact us if you need this information.
Q: Is there hiking on site?
A: Yes! Our property contains 250 acres to explore with 5 marked hiking trails. We recommend wearing hiking boots on your adventure. In addition, all our accommodations contain books on great hiking trails in the area.
Q: Are spa facilities or wellness packages available?
A: We can arrange for massages and facials to be provided in your room. Antrim Streamside doesn’t have a separate spa center. Browse through our spa menu for a list of options and prices.
Q: Does Antrim Streamside host weddings or other events?

A: Antrim Streamside is located approximately 2 hours from the George Washington Bridge.
Q: How far are you from Bethel Woods Center for the Arts?
A: We're located approximately 35 minutes from the Bethel Woods grounds. Happily, the drive from Streamside to Bethel Woods is an easy drive on roads that avoid lots of concert traffic.
Q: Does Antrim Streamside get guests from outside of the immediate area?
A: Yes, at Antrim Streamside, we serve guests from all across the country! Many of our guests are from the Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey areas, including Greenwich, CT; Stamford, CT; Westport, CT; Hudson Valley, NY; Brooklyn, NY; and all of Westchester County, NY. We also regularly have guests from large cities in the Northeast, such as Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA; New York City, NY; and many others.
